### **Choose your Export Type**

Before exporting from Coassemble, choose the workflow that matches how often your knowledge changes:

* **Dynamic SCORM (Recommended for Product/Ops):** This creates a live link. If you update a process, fix a typo, or change a video in Coassemble and hit "Publish," the content inside Docebo updates automatically. No re-uploading required.
* **Standalone SCORM:** This is a fixed "snapshot" file. Use this for static compliance training that must remain exactly as it was at the time of export for audit purposes.

### **Step 1: Export from Coassemble**


1. Log in to Coassemble and find your course.
2. Click the **Share** button located underneath the course image.
3. Select **Export SCORM** from the menu.
4. Choose your format (**SCORM 1.2** is recommended) and select your type (**Dynamic** or **Standalone**).
5. Download the **.zip file** to your computer.

### **Step 2: Upload to the Docebo Central Repository**

Docebo recommends uploading files to the **Central Repository** first so they can be managed and reused across multiple courses easily.


1. Log in to Docebo as an Administrator.
2. Go to the **Admin Menu** and select **Central Repository**.
3. Click **Add Training Material** and select **SCORM**.
4. Upload the Coassemble `.zip` file.
5. Once uploaded, give the material a title and click **Save Changes**.

### **Step 3: Add to a Docebo Course**


1. Navigate to **Course Management** and select the specific course where you want the training to live.
2. Go to the **Training Material** tab.
3. Click **Add Training Material** and select **From Central Repository**.
4. Find your Coassemble module and click **Add**.

### Tips

**Updating Content:** If you used **Dynamic SCORM**, your updates are instant. If you used **Standalone**, you must go to the **Central Repository**, find the material, and select **Upload a new version** to replace the file manually.

**Avoid Double-Navigation:** You may want to hide the Docebo player’s Table of Contents to give the learner a cleaner, more focused experience.

**Display Settings:** In Docebo, we recommend setting the view mode to **"In Page"** or **"New Window"**. This ensures the Coassemble interactive player has plenty of space to display quizzes and interactive elements properly.
