### **Can I track learner contact information in Coassemble?**

Coassemble is designed to help you share knowledge, not manage learner records. You can choose to collect email addresses when sharing a course, but no other contact information is captured within the platform itself. There is **no limit on the number of learners** who can view your courses—each course can be shared with **unlimited viewers**, and you’re not restricted by learner seats or capacity.

Many of our customers already manage learner data in an existing LMS, HRIS, or CRM, and use Coassemble to deliver training content within those systems. This keeps Coassemble focused on what it does best—delivering engaging learning experiences—while your existing tools handle user management.

If you’re working with a smaller budget or sharing free resources, and still want to collect extra learner details, you can use an **Embed** screen to add a form (like a Google Form or Typeform) to your course. It’s a simple workaround to collect the info you need while staying within the self-service experience.

### Does the free plan give you tracking and reporting?

On our Free plan, you are able to see the number of course views, analyze the progression funnel (see where learners have dropped off), view course completion rates (how many learners have completed the course), and collect course sentiment (this is feedback at the end of the course in terms of neutral, positive or negative feelings from the learner). You cannot track individual usage (for example each learner's completion data associated with their email address). For this level of tracking, you would need our Team plan or above.

### Will I be able to see everybody's answers to quizzes?

If you are on one of our paid plans, you will be able to dive into everyone's answers to each individual quiz question. We show quiz completion/score on our paid plans. 

### Is there a feature in Coassemble that generates reports with more detailed information?

Our reporting is intentionally kept simple, as our platform is designed to be a streamlined knowledge transfer tool rather than a full-featured LMS. You’ll be able to track essential metrics such as course completions, quiz grades (where quizzes are scored), and learner drop-off points. These insights are designed to give you a clear understanding of how your content is performing without the complexity of advanced reporting systems.

### **Is there a limit to how many learners can take a course?**

No. Coassemble does **not** limit the number of learners who can view or complete a course. You can share your courses with **unlimited learners**, and each view is counted as a course view rather than a learner seat.

This means you’re **not constrained by capacity**—whether you’re sharing a course internally, externally, or publicly, you can scale your training without worrying about learner limits.
