This article explains how to view aggregated analytics for a collection of courses. This feature provides a high-level overview of a learning path's performance and allows you to drill down into individual learner progress.

## Steps


1. Navigate to the **Collections** page from the main side menu.
2. Find the collection you wish to analyze and click the **Insights** icon to its right.
3. A modal will display the **Collection summary**, featuring key metrics like the number of viewers, the percentage of learners who have started, and the percentage who have completed the collection.
4. (Optional) Filter the data by time period using the date-range dropdown (for example, **Last 7 days**) and select a different range such as **Last 30 days**, **Last 3 months**, **All time**, or a custom range (if available). The metrics and charts will update to match the selected period.
5. Scroll down to the **Progression funnel**, a chart that visualizes how many viewers continue from one course to the next and helps identify potential drop-off points.
6. Continue scrolling to the **Individual usage** section, which lists each viewer's name along with the total time they've spent and their overall progress percentage in the collection.
7. To see a detailed breakdown, click the arrow next to a viewer's name. This expands the view to show their progress and time spent on each specific course within the collection.
