## Creating a new course from the dashboard

When you log in, you’ll land on the **Courses** dashboard. From here you can start creating a new course using one of the available creation options, such as:

* **Transform a document**
* **Convert a presentation**
* **Generate using a prompt**
* **Start from scratch** (if available in your workspace)

Select the option that best matches what you’re trying to create, then follow the prompts to generate or build your course.

## Navigating your workspace and courses

Use these steps to move between your main course list and your curated Collections from the workspace dashboard.

> Note: If you can’t see the left-hand navigation menu, click the **menu (hamburger) icon** in the top-left corner to open the main navigation panel.


1. Begin on the main dashboard, which displays all available courses.
2. To view your curated collections, click on the **Collections** tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
3. The screen will display all of your created collections. You can scroll through this list to find a specific one.
4. To open a collection and view its description and included course modules, click the **collection title**.
5. To return to the full Collections list, use the **back arrow** at the top of the page.
6. To return to the main course listing, click on the **Courses** tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
7. Scroll down the page to browse through all the courses available in your workspace.

By following these steps, you can easily navigate between your general course list and your specific collections, helping you quickly locate and access the training content relevant to you.

## Browsing courses and collections

This section explains how to browse for content after publishing a course, either by looking through the entire course library or by viewing organized collections.


1. After publishing a course from the editor, click the **back arrow** in the top-left corner to return to the main **Courses** page.
2. On the **Courses** page, you can scroll through a grid view of all available courses in your library.
3. If your workspace uses **folders**, click a folder (e.g., “Beginner SEO”) to view the courses inside.
4. To see grouped or themed content, click on the **Collections** tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
5. To return to the main library, use your browser’s **Back** button or navigate back to the **Courses** section from the left-hand menu.
6. From the **Courses** page (or inside a folder), click a **course** to open its detail page.
7. On the course detail page, click **Start course** to begin the training.

## Opening course options from the Courses page

Each course is shown as a card on the **Courses** page. You can access additional actions (like previewing, viewing insights, or deleting) from the course card menu.


1. Navigate to **Courses**.
2. Find the course card you want to manage.
3. Click the **three-dot (⋯) menu** on the course card.
4. Select an option from the dropdown menu, such as **Insights**, **Preview** or **Delete**.

## Accessing your profile menu and account settings

Use your profile menu to view your account details, edit your profile, or log out.


1. Click your **profile icon** in the top navigation.
2. In the dropdown/panel, you’ll see your name and options such as **Edit profile** or **Log out**.

### Managing plan and billing

If you need to manage your subscription, look for **Plans and Billing** (or similar) in your account settings.

You may also see an **Upgrade** option in the left sidebar, which takes you to plan and billing management.
