## Applying Brand voice

When you are generating a new course using a prompt or transforming a document:


1. Look for the **Use Brand Voice** toggle switch.
2. Turn it **ON** to include all your configured settings (tone, vocabulary, image style, etc.) in the generation process.
3. Turn it **OFF** if you want the AI to ignore your custom Brand voice settings and use the default settings instead.
