## Managing and defaulting Themes

**Use theme management in the Brand kit to control default visual styles for new courses.**

Once you have created custom themes, you can manage them within the Brand kit. This includes previewing different themes and setting a specific theme as the default for all new courses.

## When to use this

Use this to audit your available themes or to enforce a standard design by setting a default theme. This ensures that every new project starts with the correct branding automatically.

## Manage and set a default Theme


1. Navigate to the **Themes** tab in your Brand kit to view your list of created themes.
2. **Preview**: Review the preview cards to see how buttons and text appear in each theme.
3. **Set as default**:
   * Click the **three dots** (menu icon) on a theme card.
   * Select **Set as default**.
   * This theme will now be automatically applied to any new courses created in this workspace.
