Insights helps you understand how learners engage with your content by showing analytics at both the **course** level and the **collection** level.

Use Insights to monitor engagement, identify drop-off points, and make improvements based on real learner behaviour.

## Access Insights for a course or collection


1. From your workspace dashboard, navigate to your content area.
2. Choose whether you want to review a **Course** or a **Collection**:
   * **Courses** contain individual course modules.
   * **Collections** group multiple courses into a learning path.
3. Find the course or collection you want to analyze.
4. Select **Insights** to open the analytics for that item.

## What you can track

Depending on whether you’re viewing a course or a collection, Insights can help you:

* Review overall engagement (e.g., views/starts/completions).
* Understand learner progress and where people drop off.
* Compare performance across individual courses vs a whole collection.

## Summary
