**GO1 was added to your allowlist, but the SCORM file still isn't loading?**

If you're having trouble with SCORM files not loading properly in Go1, then it's likely you've added the wrong domain to your Allowlist.

Go1 doesn't actually use your unique domain to load SCORM files (e.g. myname.mygo1.com), they're using a generic URL for all of their customers (**__https://scorm.go1static.com__**).
