What's included in the Scale plan?
What the Scale plan includes, who it's for, and how committed usage and higher tiers work.
Scale is Coassemble's mid-market plan, built around committed usage that grows with you. It includes everything in Build (the complete platform, the full REST API, and every embeddable in view, edit and analytics modes), plus the Generate API for programmatic AI generation, read access to the Tracking API, a controlled-release server option, custom billing and a DPA. Some deeper API capabilities are available at higher usage tiers within Scale.
Who is Scale for?
Scale suits teams past their first integration whose learner numbers, AI usage or client base is growing. Instead of a fixed allowance, you commit to a usage level agreed in a conversation with the Coassemble team, and your price and allowances are sized to that commitment. As your usage grows, your commitment grows alongside it.
What's included
- Everything in Build: the complete platform, the full REST API (courses, collections, screens, embeddables, webhooks and events), every embeddable mode, dynamic SCORM export from the app, and full reporting.
- Generate API: create courses and content programmatically with AI.
- Tracking API: read access to tracking data.
- Controlled-release server option: run production on the controlled-release server, with dev and test environments alongside.
- Custom billing arrangements and a DPA.
- Priority support.
What's available at higher usage tiers within Scale?
Some API capabilities sit on Scale's higher usage tiers rather than the entry point: SCORM via API, GDPR delete endpoints, the Translations API, the Themes API (read and write), and visual theming on embeddables. All of these are included on the Partner plan.

Entry figures are initial allowances, subject to recalibration. Your committed usage is agreed in the sizing conversation, and allowances step up as your commitment grows.
If you go past an IR or AR allowance, nothing stops. We'll reach out for a conversation about resizing your commitment. AI usage allowances are enforced monthly limits.

There's no self-serve checkout. Scale starts with a conversation with the Coassemble team, whether you're stepping up from Build as usage grows, or coming straight from a Sandbox with scale already in view. Pricing starts from the entry point on the pricing page and grows with your committed usage.

When does Partner make sense instead?
If Coassemble is core infrastructure for your platform and you need dedicated or region-locked servers, self-hosting, a full MSA or a dedicated partnership team, that's a Partner conversation.
