Embed usage report

Overview
The Embed usage report provides a detailed view of your active creators, including when each creator was added or removed.
These reports are especially important because they give you a clear view of the number of active creators you’re paying for. For partners who have pre-purchased creator seats (prepaid billing), the report also helps you understand how close you are to your purchased creator-seat cap.
What you’ll see in the report
The report includes:
- Total number of active creators (shown at the top)
- Creator identifier
- Client identifier
- Date added (when the creator became active)
- Removal date (if applicable)
- Prepaid usage vs. purchased creator seats (shown if your partnership uses prepaid billing)
How to access the report
To access the Embed usage report, you must be an Owner.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Embed.
- Open Embed usage report.
Note: In some configurations, this may appear under Settings → Add-ons → Headless (for example, View headless creators).
From there, you can review active creators and any historical removals, and (if applicable) compare current usage against prepaid capacity.
