### **Step 1: Export your Course as SCORM 1.2**

To move your knowledge from Coassemble into 360Learning, you will need to package it as a SCORM file. Navigate to **Share** for your Coassemble course that you’d like to export, then **Export SCORM** at the bottom of the modal. Here, you can choose your SCORM format and file type.

Before exporting from Coassemble, determine which SCORM type fits your workflow:

* **Standalone SCORM:** This is a self-contained file. All content lives inside the ZIP folder you upload to 360Learning. It does not "talk" back to Coassemble once uploaded.
* **Dynamic SCORM:** This acts as a "window" back to Coassemble. The content is hosted on Coassemble but played within 360Learning. This allows you to update the course in Coassemble and have it update automatically in 360Learning without a re-upload.

### **Step 2: Uploading your SCORM file to 360Learning**

Once you have downloaded your `.zip` file from Coassemble (using either the **Dynamic** or **Standalone** export), follow these steps to add it to your 360Learning workspace.


1. Log in to 360Learning and click **Create → Course** at the top right of the homepage.
2. From the creation options, select **SCORM**.
3. On the next screen, look at the left sidebar below the **Course Overview** section.
4. Click **Upload SCORM**.
5. Click **OR SELECT A FILE** and choose the Coassemble `.zip` file from your computer.

### **Step 3: Test and Publish**

Once uploaded, verify that the interaction and completion data are syncing correctly.


1. Use the **Preview** function in 360Learning to walk through the Coassemble module.
2. Ensure that when you reach the end of the Coassemble module, 360Learning registers the "Completion" status.
3. Publish the course to your desired groups or catalogs in 360Learning.

### Tips

When managing Coassemble content within 360Learning, keep these technical guardrails in mind to ensure your knowledge workflow doesn't break:

* **Version Support:** While 360Learning supports several versions, we recommend **SCORM 1.2** for the most reliable data sync between our platforms. (If you ever need to verify a file's version, unzip it and check the `lmsmanifest.xml` file; if no version is listed, it is SCORM 1.2).
* **One File Limit:** A 360Learning SCORM course can *only* contain that single file. You cannot add extra documents or native questions to this specific course. If you need a mixed workflow (e.g., a Coassemble module followed by a 360Learning document), group them together in a **Path**.
* **Version Management:** When you make updates in Coassemble, simply re-export the SCORM file and use the **Update SCORM** feature in 360Learning. This ensures your learners always see the latest version without losing their progress data.
* **Mobile Responsiveness:** Coassemble content is natively responsive. If your team uses the 360Learning mobile app, your Coassemble modules will automatically scale to fit their screens.
