# Why am I getting SCORM session errors on Apple devices?

Apple's aggressive approach to preventing __[cross-site tracking](https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/safari/sfri40732/13.0/mac/10.15)__ on websites means that a proportion of your users will be blocked from accessing your courses when they are shared via SCORM from your LMS. To prevent this from occurring, you will need to ask your users to disable cross-site tracking prevention before they access your course.

Even if you're not using Safari on your iOS device, you will still need to follow the steps below for iPhone and iPad.

## **How to disable cross-site tracking prevention for iPhone**
