I'm on Hub. What do I have, and what's different now?
What the legacy Hub plan includes, and what has changed since it closed to new customers.
You keep everything Hub has always included, at the same price and the same allowances. Hub is closed to new customers, so it isn't on the pricing page any more, but nothing about your account changed when that happened. Newer capabilities are released on Coassemble's current plans, so some of what you read about elsewhere won't appear in your workspace.
What your plan includes
- Unlimited creators and courses. No cap on how many people build, or how many courses you make.
- Structured programmes. Group courses into collections and share a whole collection at once.
- SCORM export. Export courses as Dynamic SCORM from inside the app, which keeps a live connection to Coassemble so updates flow through, and view SCORM usage insights.
- Access control. Domain locking to restrict access to your email domain, and Slack channel sharing.
- Your branding, not ours. The Coassemble badge is off on both shared and embedded surfaces, and you can upload custom fonts.
- Assessment controls. Limited quiz retries.
- Embeddables and analytics. The full view-mode embeddable suite across courses and collections, the Course, Collection and User Analytics embeddables, and the read-only Collections API.
- AI creation. 150 image generation events and 250,000 narration tokens a month, with premium voices available.
- Security documentation for your IT and security review.

If you're on annual billing, your recipient allowance is set on your account rather than counted strictly month by month. Open Settings and select Usage limits to see the figures that apply to you and the date each one resets.
What's different now
Hub closed to new customers when Coassemble moved to its current plans. For you, that means:
- Nothing on your account changed. Same price, same allowances, same features.
- There's no automatic overage billing. If your usage grows past your allowances, we'll reach out for a conversation rather than adding a charge to your invoice.
- New capabilities land on current plans first, so features you see described in newer help articles or on the website may not be available in your workspace.
- You can move to a current plan whenever it suits you. Talk to the team and they'll walk you through what changes and what stays the same.
Frequently asked questions
How many Identified Recipients do I get on Hub?
200 per month. On annual billing your allowance is set on your account, and the exact figure is shown on the Usage limits page in Settings.
Can I still run my courses in an LMS?
Yes. Hub includes Dynamic SCORM export, which keeps a live connection to Coassemble so updates flow through to the copy in your LMS.
Can I fully remove Coassemble branding?
Yes. The Coassemble badge is off on both shared and embedded surfaces, and you can upload custom fonts.
Will I be charged if I go over an allowance?
No. There's no automatic overage billing. AI allowances stop at the cap and start again at the next reset, and if your recipient numbers grow past your allowance we'll get in touch to talk about sizing.
Can I go back to Hub if I move to a current plan?
No. Hub is closed to new customers, and that includes returning to it after a move. If you're weighing up a change, talk to the team first so you know exactly what you'd be giving up.
