I'm on Flow. What do I have, and what's different now?
What the legacy Flow plan includes, and what has changed since it closed to new customers.

You keep everything Flow has always included, at no cost: unlimited creators, unlimited courses, AI course creation, and anonymous sharing by link, Slack or embed with aggregate results. Flow is closed to new customers, so it isn't on the pricing page any more, but nothing about your account changed when that happened.
What your plan includes
- Unlimited creators and courses. No cap on how many people build, or how many courses you make.
- AI course creation. Generate a course from a prompt, turn a document into one, or convert a PowerPoint. Generate screens and quizzes as you build, and add AI narration with standard voices.
- Media. Stock photography, GIPHY, your own uploaded images, and Loom video recording.
- Sharing. Share by link, embed in tools like Notion and Confluence, and share to Slack. Anyone with the link can open it.
- Aggregate results. Course views, course sentiment, progression funnel and completion rates, at an aggregate level.

Open Settings and select Usage limits to see how much of each allowance you've used and the date it resets.
What Flow doesn't include
- Named reporting. Flow has no Identified Recipients, so you can see that activity happened but not tie it to a named person. There's no per-person reporting and no CSV export.
- Coassemble branding stays on. The Coassemble badge is shown, and the finish screen button is always present and can't be switched off.
- Creation extras. Video upload, folders, collections, scored quizzes, AI content refinement, brand voice, custom themes, fonts and logo, and SCORM export aren't on Flow.
What's different now
Flow closed to new customers when Coassemble moved to its current plans. For you, that means:
- Nothing on your account changed. Same allowances, same features, still free.
- New capabilities land on current plans first, so features you see described in newer help articles or on the website may not be available in your workspace.
- You can move to a current plan whenever it suits you. That's how you'd get named reporting, branding control and SCORM export.
Frequently asked questions
Is Flow still free?
Yes. Flow costs nothing, with unlimited creators and unlimited courses.
Can I see who completed a course?
No. Flow is anonymous only, so you get aggregate results like views and completion rates rather than named results.
Can I remove Coassemble branding?
No. The Coassemble badge stays on, and the finish screen button is always present on Flow.
Can I go back to Flow if I move to a current plan?
No. Flow is closed to new customers, and that includes returning to it after a move.
