# Embed usage report

## Overview

The **Embed usage report** provides a detailed view of your active creators, including when each creator was added or removed.

These reports are especially important because they give you a clear view of the number of active creators you’re paying for. For partners who have pre-purchased creator seats (prepaid billing), the report also helps you understand how close you are to your purchased creator-seat cap.

## What you’ll see in the report

The report includes:

* **Total number of active creators** (shown at the top)
* **Creator identifier**
* **Client identifier**
* **Date added** (when the creator became active)
* **Removal date** (if applicable)
* **Prepaid usage vs. purchased creator seats** (shown if your partnership uses prepaid billing)

## How to access the report

To access the Embed usage report, you must be an **Owner**.


1. Go to **Settings**.
2. Select **Embed**.
3. Open **Embed usage report**.

> Note: In some configurations, this may appear under **Settings → Add-ons → Headless** (for example, **View headless creators**).

From there, you can review active creators and any historical removals, and (if applicable) compare current usage against prepaid capacity.
