Embed usage report

Overview

The Embed usage report provides a detailed view of your active creators, including when each creator was added or removed.

The report matters because it gives you a clear view of who is actively building courses across your workspace, and how that changes over time. Creators are unlimited on every plan and there’s no per-author charge, so this is visibility of creator activity rather than a billing figure.

What you’ll see in the report

The report includes:

• Total number of active creators (shown at the top)
• Creator identifier
• Client identifier
• Date added (when the creator became active)
• Removal date (if applicable)

How to access the report

To access the Embed usage report, you must be an Owner.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Embed.
3. Open Embed usage report.

From there, you can review active creators and any historical removals, and see how creator activity has shifted across your clients over time.
