# Customize

## White-labelling and branding

As an Embed partner, the shell around the Coassemble editor — navigation, header, overall UI — is yours to design. Within that, course creators also have a set of branding controls at the course level.

* **No Coassemble branding** — Coassemble's name, logo, and visual identity are not shown in the course creation or learner-facing experience for Embed partners. The experience is fully white-labelled by default.
* **Add a logo** — creators can add their own logo to a course, which appears in the learner header during course playback. Useful for internal training where brand consistency matters.
* **Custom themes** — apply a theme that sets the color palette and typography for a course. Themes can reflect a creator's own brand or their organization's visual identity, and can be saved and reused across courses.
* **Course cover images** — set a custom cover image for each course, which appears in the course library and on the course start screen. Helps learners identify courses quickly and reinforces brand or content identity.

## Screen design and layouts

* **Screen templates** — choose from a library of screen layout templates when building a course. Templates define how text, images, and media are arranged and give creators a starting point for visual design without needing to make layout decisions from scratch.
* **Multiple content blocks** — mix and match text, image, video, embed, quiz, and interactive blocks within a single screen to create varied, engaging layouts.

## Visual content

* **Stock photography** — search and use royalty-free, high-quality images directly within the editor, without sourcing imagery externally.
* **GIPHY animated GIFs** — search and embed GIFs from the GIPHY library to add energy or personality to screen content.
* **Upload images** — upload images from local files to use in screens. Images are stored in the creator's library and are reusable across all their courses.
* **Upload videos** — embed video files directly into screens for recorded walkthroughs, product demos, or any visual content that works better as video than text.

## Typography and color

* **Font selection** — choose from a set of available fonts when creating a theme. Font choices apply consistently across the course for a polished, intentional look.
* **Color palette** — define primary and secondary colors within a theme, controlling button styles, accent colors, and background tones across the course.
