Online training is often designed as a result of a collaborative process, bringing together subject matter experts, writers, learning designers or any other stakeholders. We’ve made it easy for you to work with collaborators by allowing you to invite other creators to your workspace on our **Team** or **Enterprise** plans. Our Team plan allows you to have up to 5 creators in your Workspace, whereas our Enterprise plan is great for larger teams, with customer creator limits.

You might choose to invite another creator into your workspace if your course has multiple content contributors, or if you have a creator who is purely responsible for sharing your training.

## How do I add creators?

### **Step 1: Open the Settings modal**

From your workspace dashboard, select the **Settings** button from the left-hand side of your screen. This will open the Settings modal.


### **Step 2: Navigate to the “Creators” tab**

By default, the Settings modal opens on the Profile tab. Click on the **Creators** button to open the Creators tab.


### **Step 3: Invite creators**

Click the **Invite creators** button to type the email addresses of anyone you want to add into the input field.


### **Step 4: Review and send invitation**

When you're ready, click the **Send invite** button. This will send an email invitation to all email addresses you added. On receiving their invitation, they will be able to create an account to access your workspace.


## **What permissions do creators have?**

Creators can create, edit, and share all courses in your workspace. They can also access all course insights. Creators cannot invite new creators, change your plan or payment details, configure allowlists, or access your workspace API key.


## **Deleting creators**

### How do I delete a creator?

Select the three dots next to the Creator’s name and email in the Creators list. Select **Delete creator**. You will then be asked to confirm deletion. You will need to click **Delete** again to confirm. 

### **What happens if I delete a creator?**

When you delete a creator, they will no longer have access to your workspace.

### **What happens to the content when I delete a creator—does it stay in our account?**

When you delete a creator, the content they've created stays in your account. Deleting a creator only removes their access to your workspace. The courses, materials, and other content they've contributed remain intact and accessible to other creators in your workspace. This ensures that your valuable training materials are preserved, even when team members change. However, if you delete your workspace, the content will no longer remain and you will lose all access to the workspace.
