## Create a full course from existing content

Coassemble's AI can take content your users already have and turn it into a structured, ready-to-publish course — without starting from a blank screen.

* **Transform a document to a course** — upload a Word doc or PDF and the AI analyses the content and structures it into a multi-screen course, complete with headings, body copy, and suggested knowledge checks. Informed by learning design principles, not just a reformatted document.
* **Combine multiple documents with a prompt** — upload more than one document alongside a guiding prompt to merge content from different sources into a single cohesive course.
* **Convert a PowerPoint to a course** — import an existing PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation and convert it into a Coassemble course, preserving slide structure, text, and imagery.

## Generate a course from scratch

* **Generate a course from a prompt** — describe what you need in plain language and the AI builds a complete course: structure, screen content, and suggested quiz questions. Useful when there's no source document to start from, or when users want a first draft to react to rather than creating from nothing.

## Generate content within a course

AI assists at the screen level too, not just when creating a whole course.

* **Generate screens** — produce individual course screens from a prompt or based on existing course content. Useful for filling gaps, adding context, or rapidly expanding a course without manually building each screen.
* **Generate quizzes** — produce quiz questions drawn from course content to test knowledge and reinforce key concepts. Questions can be reviewed and edited before being added to the course.

## Refine and improve written content
